Ava's Table

Chef Ava is a native of panama city Florida, and was raised in the dmv area, graduated from Lincoln Technical School of Culinary Arts in Columbia, MD in 2009. Since graduating Ava has held a number of leading roles in the culinary field, such Executive Chef at Montgomery College and Director of dining services at University of Baltimore Maryland.
Chef Ava's love for food and cooking came from her southern roots, being raised by her mother and grandmother; cooking became one of their favorite past times. Cooking and helping out in the kitchen was a skill she developed at a very young age. It became a thrill cooking, learning new techniques and recipes.

Chef Ava, Opened Grub Studio in 2015, due to the on going request she was receiving for personal catering orders. Grub Studio started out working with local artist, Musicians and community clubs providing food and entertainment. Grub Studio has since expanded into Grub Studio EK (Elegant Kitchenware) where grub studio Kitchen gadgets are sold. Ava's Table is an entity of Grub Studio focused on catering and event planning.
